I wasn’t sure what to expect with hot yoga. It was my first experience with hot yoga, but I thoroughly enjoyed it! The class setting made me push harder than I normally would, and I was tired for the rest of the day and the next day too! I’m hoping to get stronger, will continue with more class sessions!
Alden’s class was amazing!

All of the teachers and classes are great! The classes aren't too crowded, the music is always very good, and the staff is very friendly.

Noorimas class is fabulous and the studio is wonderful. High ceilings, easy to park and great selection of classes
