CorePower Yoga feels like family. There is a sense of community within the studio that is very unique and something I have not experienced at other studios before. Maybe it's because I took Teacher Training which established a group of yogi friends for me personally. I love the energy and the work out at CorePower. You're always going to work no matter what class you attend and yet it provides the student a place for calm and reflection.

Even tho I'm nearly 58yo, I still like a challenge and CorePower delivers that in spades! It's been a long time since I was pushed to my limit.
It really is a way to relieve stress it a judgement-free environment where everyone is going through the same motions. Every teacher is very encouraging and friendly and the post-workout feeling is great!
The venue was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The studio had great amenities and the class was great!

I took the Yoga Sculpt classes on Saturday and Sunday morning. They were energizing, challenging and fun! Two different instructors that added their poses and weight training that complimented the class. Both were a very powerful workouts. I work out daily for 1 to 3 hours Yoga, cardio kick boxing, Barre and hiking. These were good workouts.
I took the Hot Yoga on Tuesday morning which was a good more traditional yoga done very nicely .
I found all the instructors to be pleasent and helpful and very qualified.
I am from Pennsylvania and train and work out at PURENERGY studio. I visit the DC area monthly and will come to CorePowerYoga again soon. I am traveling to Boulder in July and may try out a CorePower Yoga there.

I like the variety of classes and times, and the teachers are always great. I never feel pressured to do a pose that I'm not comfortable in, and the teachers are great at helping you figure out what works for your body.

it was very hard but I felt like I got a great workout! this is perfect for anyone because they push you hard but they don't overdo it to the point where you are not having fun! I loved it!!

I love that there are different level classes and frequent classes. I also like that there is a variety if you are looking for more of a yoga class vs. the sculpt for some cardio and weights. Each instructor has a different style but the priniciples are all there. I also like that you don't have to sign up for class bc there are some places where i have to sign up and then get stuck at work, this style works better with my schedule. Great people all around!
