I like how each class is different and very challenging. I felt like I was getting the same class every time I went to my classes at my other studio (that I went to for years). I stopped growing in my practice.

Classes are frequent and at times that are practical to make. Instructors make the classes challenging and diverse. Facilities are clean and modern.

The classes are very good
So good! One of my best workout sessions I've had at CorePower Yoga. I loved the attention to detail provided by the instructor. She balanced Yoga with the cardio aspect of class perfectly and both encouraged and respected the different needs/abilities of those in the class. It was fantastic. I'll be sure to be back!
The instructors are great! Breanna was super supportive of me not being flexible and helped make sure my posture and form were correct so I didn't hurt myself. Other places do not care about form and won't help you as much. I also loved how Breanna walked around the room the entire time and didn't focus on getting her workout in during the class. She is fantastic!

I love coming to CorePower Bethesda! Everyone at this studio has become like family to me, and it's the one place in the DMV that feels like home.
My one and ONLY suggestion, which does not change my feelings about the studio whatsoever, would be that I wonder if you had considered taping the floors? Some of the classes that i have been too have been packed, which is AMAZING, but it makes set up and getting ready for class a little difficult.
