Just come to understand how well the teachers are trained and how well the routine are set-up. For a few months (last year), Bethesda location had a manager that started to 'count' the number of locks and actually wanted to sell us 'locks' in lieu. I use to bike or walk with my computer in tow from work ...and that was a big problem; I thought it was bad customer acquisition practice, and it would put me in a bad mood even before starting the session as she would not hear common business sense and blame HQ: I take none of that. The person is gone, the 'free locks' are back. That being said - many lockers are broken...and I would urge CORE yoga to invest (yes we pay $27 a shot) in better locks with integrated lock system (like one has at soul cycle or zengo - 2 spin location). Lots of busy people in this town...and at yoga we look for peace of mind. HQ, if it does not, should give local locations, full power on these decisions, so that your staff can adapt to the local market. Other than that - it's a 10. (the 9 is for these logistical issue). Also, I think towels should be free ...

Instructors are great. Bathrooms are mostly clean! Overall great experience

Clean studio and great trainers! I love coming to Corepower Bethesda and really find that it offers a better experience than some of the other studios that I've been to (Dupont Circle studio in DC and Lakeshore Drive studio in Chicago)
