The classes, teachers, and schedules
Excellent work out, the place where I go is very nice with high ceilings and windows, teachers and classes are wonderful. I have been going to Yoga Sculp classes since the beginning of summer, and I go every day unless I am out of town for work.
Benefits: I lost 7 Kg, I got a fit body, gave me energy, happiness, etc.
