I was so impressed by the CorePower Yoga C2 Class! I loved the heat/humidity feature, the pace, and how seamless, kind, and supportive the instructors were. The only reason I would not recommend CorePower to some family members is that it seems the most common classes are pretty advanced, and maybe not for beginners. However, I personally appreciated being in a class where I could tell that my prior practice had paid off, and the heat allowed me to get deeper into poses both physically and mentally. I do wish there were more classes like Core Restore or other very basic, stretching-based, no heat classes so that I could bring my boyfriend who is a beginner.
Great class! Clean facility! This was my first class, Sara is a wonderful instructor. I am looking forward to taking a class in Back Bay!

Love the variety of classes and the increased availability of classes post Covid in the seaport. Miss a lot of the pre Covid teachers but Melissa, Camille, Tania and Kaelen are fantastic.
The Yoga Sculpt class was amazing and so much fun. Just the right amount of challenge while also being supportive and encouraging. I’ll be back!
It was amazing and the best part about it was my first time thanks to my amazing daughter who ask if I would do a Yoga class with her.

I love the classes and teachers at Corepower. I love that I can use my membership across the country. The classes are always helping me build on my practice. The studios are always clean and organized.

Teachers (Abby in particular) are amazing and really listen to your needs. I just came back from surgery and felt welcomed back! I recommend Core to someone in Seaport and he took his first class on Wednesday!!! :)

The classes are great! The workouts are whole body and fit the needs of new beginners to experienced members. The instructors are friendly, welcoming and professional. I would recommend CorePower to everyone I know and specifically the Medford, Mass location
