I did a C2 Yoga Flow class with Ali W on a Thursday. Very smooth and healing.
The studio is nice and clean. Very comfy to be in.
Although I live away from here, I'll find opportunities to visit again.

The flow on Sunday morning was one of the best I’ve done in a while. There were many suggestions for modifications throughout the class and I liked the option to get hands on assistance if needed. The instructor provided variability within the poses which I enjoyed. I will definitely be going back soon!

Friendliness, different types of classes, the heat, the bathrooms. The yogis are fantastic and have different teaching styles, which I appreciate, and Devon is the bomb!
