This was my first time at CP Medfod. Trevor was a great instructor! I really appreciated his intentional and grounding techniques in Glow Flow.
Great experience, small but neat studio with great teachers. HPF with Sydney had a great vibe and plenty of heat. Would recommend! Sydney's HPF was the best class I've taken in a long time. Thank you!
The best part of the experience is Erika! The sequence had variety - I wasn’t bored at all. And, it was super challenging- I was exhausted (in a good way). Kudos to Erika!
