the teachers are incredible. they make a point to learn names, greet each person with warmth, and develop amazing new practices weekly. all ages, all ability levels are welcomed. cannot recommend highly enough.
The yoga Sculpt classes are great. They are fast moving, you can adjust to your own level of strength, cover the whole body and the instructors make them fun. The studio, itself is beautiful and clean.
The community is welcoming and friendly. Always a clean studio. Classes are amazing with highly trained instructors.

I have been visiting from out of town and have enjoyed all the classes at this studio! The staff are welcoming and each instructor had something new and challenging to bring to each class. I especially found each instructor to be encouraging and helpful through out the class. I highly recommend this studio as a place to continue your yoga practice!

Love the hot yoga sculpt! In Colorado at the completion of class/shavasana the instructors come around and place a cold lavender lemon face cloth on everyone's forehead...amazing...miss this...Thx 4 all
I have enjoyed the classes I have taken at fresh pond CorePower. They have been challenging and pushed me to further develop my practice and break a sweat
I love the location, studios are spacious, and convenient to park, it is clean and staff are always welcoming. I tend do focus more at this location when I practice compare to others.
Friendly staff, instructors change up classes on a monthly basis so you can see improvement throughout the month and then get to change it up!

Amazing playlist!! The yoga sculpt workout was an incredible start to my day
Love the instructors and class structure! The pace of the classes is really good. I do with there was more added heat/humidity to be more “hot” yoga rather than “warm” yoga. Additionally, sometimes the sculpt classes are really loud and the beat carried to other classes which are occurring at the same time in another studio. This is sometimes distracting.
