Love Hot Power Fusion and Hot Yoga for the stress relief and detoxing
I like how the classes are significantly more challenging than most other yoga classes. They really made me sweat and sore. I had so much fun while dong them that I forgot I was working out!

I really like the silent yoga classes! Especially when they are able to bring in live music. 75 minute classes are also wonderful!
The facility is clean and the staff friendly. I have taken about five to six classes there, and have enjoyed all of the instructors.
Friendly staff, good yoga classes

Michelle Mar. is great- I haven't been in one of her classes for a couple of years, and now I am sorry that I haven't made more of an effort to do so. I really appreciate her wisdom, and the classwork was intense and awesome!

Quality of teachers is excellent. Attentive, thoughtful and respectful. I like the fact that there are many studios throughout the Denver community, so ease of practicing works with my schedule and where I might happen to be working on a particular day.

Instructors are consistently good. Location is convenient. Yoga room is large, mirrored, and appropriately lighted. Instructors and those working front desk are always friendly.

I enjoy all of the hot classes and sometimes attend the HPF. I am happy you have added the 90 minute classes back but would like to see additional 90 minute classes.
