Student Testimonials
Great facilities. Always clean and welcoming. The classes are well practiced and have a great, consistent flow. Melissa S. and Tim S. are great teachers!
I like that Yoga uses the whole body, all muscles are used during class.
I love how both intention and hard work are included in all classes. I appreciate the ability to deepen my spirituality and push to strengthen my body at the same time.
Convenience
The location and Nancy is a great teacher. I Love Hot Yoga.

Great instructor!
Great facilities (studio and locker room). Really good class, a little warmer than I'm used to in Stapleton, but in a good way. Very good instruction.
Variety of classes offered.
Great teacher and sequence in class!
I love the instructors! The Cherry Hills studio is blessed to have teachers like Bine, Rose, and Sara W. Each one of them have a following and most of us "regulars" keep coming because of them. All three of these instructors embody the traits of a true yogi. Bine, Rose, and Sara are: present, genuinely caring, warm, hysterical, and motivating. Not to mention they play the most incredible music during class. They each personalize their classes and make each and every one of us feel special, energized and strong. I, along with many others, would follow them anywhere!
Additionally, I think the world of the Cherry Hill's studio assistant manager, Beryl. She is genuinely kind, caring, and positive. She is the perfect person to have in a management position.
In all honesty, I can only think of one time in the many years I have been coming to the CPY in Cherry Hills, when I did not feel respected, but that had NOTHING to do with the instructors! It was with management and I chose to write it off because everyone has bad days and should be given a free pass for crankiness!
I am seriously grateful for the three aforementioned instructors who keep me inspired and excited to do yoga each day.
I like the instructors and how there is a class almost every half hour it really helps for my busy schedule!
I love the classes offered and always feel great after my session.
Melissa S is the most amazing teacher. her Sunday classes are my favorite start to the week. Glad ski season is over so I can start attending them every week again!
Great room for hot yoga
Patti is the best teacher ever.
I really liked the instructor, Whitney Ca. She was very helpful to me as I am a relatively new yogi. Also, I liked the facility, it is quite nice. Thanks!
The teachers have been very welcoming, kind and helpful during both of my visits. I appreciate their help during class without "critiquing" everything you do. Very positive environment. Clean facilities with good amenities.
Lots of class options
Audrey is a fantastic teacher and very friendly
Great variety of products in the store area and hot power fusion had me feeling inspired and motivated! I loved it.
Where do I start... 1 year ago in April of 2015 I got introduced to Yoga. my 1st ever class was a C2.. then there was a C1.5 (not sure you have that still) then I tried a C2 again, a C1 then Hot.. in early June of 2015 I had an accident at home that immobilized me (Sprained right ankle, completely separated left with a spiral fracture of the left fib plus a head and shoulder injury). 5 weeks after surgery I had complications. Bilateral Pulmonary Emboli (Blood clots in both lungs) I spent 4 days in the cardiac care unit in LA (was there on business).. It wasn't until late September that I was able to be mobile to comeback, which I did go to the Hot Yoga Class taught by Nancy Ruspini.
I credit the Hot Yoga for my recovery and lung health.. Though the right lung didn't have damage the left lung did (Lower Lobe). a CT scan in October confirmed the damage yet my oxygen saturation was tested at 98% at high altitude. My doctor couldn't believe it...
Though I still struggle through the classes because of leg pain, my breathing is getting better and better.... of course as Nancy says during the class... "Celebrate your breath"
My "Breath" is celebrated every day.... When you experience 1 time losing what is life... you learn to appreciate every moment...
Sorry this was so long.. I have written something similar to this the last time you asked about a survey.... I just want to let you know.. Yoga is saving my life every day... and Nancy is a top notch instructor... She brings her "A++" game even when she maybe struggling herself.... She unites the room .... She brings a spirit and power to my practice..
There is a reason why I see the same faces in the class...
So there you have it..
Paul
