It was my first time ever trying yoga and I felt so welcomed and comfortable by all of the employees being nervous to try it for the first time! My instructor was so helpful and stayed after to talk with me to answer any questions I had and to make suggestions that will help me start my yoga journey!

Talented teachers

I started the free week after hearing about CorePower at a yoga event. I have been to two C1 classes and 1 hot yoga. I do Crossfit and really struggled in the C1 class, my muscles were fatigued and I was burning in every pose. The teachers are all amazing and guided me toward hot yoga and I really enjoyed class! I love that the class is heated, it really let my mind go and helped me focus on my breathing. By the end of class I felt awake, fresh, and ready to go! I highly recommend trying out this location, their team rocks! Thanks guys!
