The studios are clean the instructors are unique although the deliver of classes still have routine and rituals.
I enjoy the c1 classes. Too many hot yoga classes offered. Many have issues with the rooms being too hot.
I loved the teacher I had for the C1. Even though the room was too hot for a C1 she tried to keep me cool since I have had issues with fainting when I have done yoga in a warm room. She went the extra mile.

The amount of classes and locations
Multiple locations with classes scheduled throughout the day & into the evening, unlike three other studios I have access to for yoga.
CH is my favorite CP studio, especially now that Beryl is the manager! She sets the tone for a welcoming, upbeat, meticulously maintained Yoga space that you always leave completely fulfulled while anticipating your next visit. GOOD VIBES
