I like the supprtive but rigorous style of yoga that Corepower offers. My practice has been tremendously helpful in helping me work through some chronic health issues, and the different levels of classes have helped me adapt when my body was not up for as much.

great studio, feels like family

I really appreciate the variety that your studio offers. Many studios do not offer C1.5s and while I do enjoy the C2 flows, sometimes the workshop structure that a C1.5 provides is perfect for my practice. Your studio is always clean and your locker room is big and spacious. Some studios' locker rooms are so cramped. I love your location and the parking lot! It may seem silly but some studios are difficult to enjoy because they lack parking.

You have a great studio and the locker area is kept very clean. In addition all of the instructors I have had have been unique and provided an excellent physical and mental workout.
