Student Testimonials
Veronica, Jess, Ashley, Danielle, Jeremy, Ming, and Patty are some really great teachers. Keep it up, great studio.
Everyone there is very positive and nice. The atmosphere is inviting and professional. There set up is organized and well put together. Even when I showed up 10 mins before my first class knowing nothing they got me set up and told me everything I needed to know and got me all the stuff I was missing all in time for the class. I was vary i pressed, and wold recommend it to my friends
The classes are a hard workout yet meditative. It's hard for me to fit in cardio and toning and meditative yoga separately. I really need to be able to do it all in one class. This does it. I have been doing yoga for 21 years and really love the deal of this studio. I tend to prefer studios with heat and a difficult practice without the drill sergeant feel of some Bikram studios I have been to in the past. I love Ashley who teaches the Yoga with weights. Very positive. The studio also has the best selection of yoga wear
Assortment of classes and instructors. Pretty clean facilities.
Great community! Claire is a great teacher.
The teachers.
Frequency and diversity of classes. Talent of the teachers.
i love the classes themselves and also the number of available classes that i can choose from.
Love the variety of classes and supportive community! I'm pleasantly surprised at how much I'm enjoying the new evening lineup with Melisa's TH night sculpt but please, please bring back Ruby Tuesday and her fantastic C1.5!
Everyone is always friendly and helpful, always welcoming
The friendly staff, clean environment, and the amazing hot yoga class. It's challenging, therapeutic, and soothing.
The people/instructors which make for a great culture.
It's easy to find a class, get in there and get your body moving!
great teacher!
How smooth the class was, the studio was clean, and a very calmly and relaxing environment
I only go to the Colo Blvd studio if it's my only option to catch a class that I want. (And it's one of my 3 closest locations) My issue is only the light in the studio, it's way too bright. I really dislike the natural sun lights too; if you happen to be under it, it's like you're in the spotlight. There are certain times of day when it's not that bad but in general, I avoid Colo Blvd. That being said, it's a beautiful studio, conveniently located and I recently went to Amber's class and she's a phenomenal teacher.
The quality of the teachers, both in their expertise in the proper yoga positions and postures, as well as the very positive nature in which they teach their classes and encourage their students.
The different levels of classes and that there is a class at every time of the day
Great class. Instructors knowledgeable and personable. Beginner class easy to follow as a new person yet challenging. I was mildly sore for next few days, especially core so I know it was a substantial workout. Thank-you!
There is a fantastic group of teachers at CPY Colorado Blvd, and typically a robust class schedule.
I like the facility, its well maintained and clean. Great friendly staff.
love the class times
Class options and schedules, knowledgeable instructors, community feeling
Great teachers and convenient class times
Courtney was great - love her! My husband & I were really looking forward to a Core Restore, though.
The instructors are friendly, the studio is clean, and the difficulty levels of the classes are true to their description.
Love Claire's class
Your instructors are extremely knowledgable and always warm and welcoming! I always feel challenged, yet supported in each class. As every yogi strives to learn and become more knowledgable, my practice at core power generously supports my goals. I ALWAYS learn something new at every class and truly enjoy all of the suggestions and instruction that the teachers provide during every pose. The facilities are always clean and welcoming. And the retail always has nice merchandise if I need some last minute supplies. The only thing I would change is allow students to have credit in their account so a last minute towel purchase when I forget mine does not have to be a $1 credit card transaction. Or allow students 3 or 4 free towel rentals a month.
The yoga instructors.

All the different variety of classes, workshops and teachers.
