Lots of scheduled classes and many different instructors with different approaches to teaching and styles.
Love the C2 classes!! We could use more faster paced/flowy C2 classes in the DTC area in evening. My fav teachers (Tara, Brenna, Caitlyn, Jonathan, Patty don’t seem to teach in evenings very often). I’d love a studio in castle rock too.

THE YOGA SCULPT WAS INCREDIBLE!! THE MIX OF YOGA AND WEIGHTS MADE YTHE CLASS EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE AND ENJOYABLE! IT WAS MY FIRST YOGA SCULPT CLASS AT CHERRY HILLS SINCE THE SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR THE NEW CLASS TYPE. I MANAGED TO COMPLETE THE TEN DAY CHALLENGE IN MARCH, HOWEVER WORK PRECLUDED ME FROM ATTENDING IN APRIL.. I'M BACK ON TRACK WORKING THROUGH SOME HEALTH CHALLENGES IN MAY. I'M DOING PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR BALANCE ISSUES. YOGA HAS INCREASED MY STRENGTH AND ABILITY TO HOLD POSITIONS WHICH IS VERY HELPFUL WITH THE BALANCE ISSUES -- JUST BEGINNING THE PROCESS. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH - HELPFUL, ENCOURAGING, KNOWLEDGEABLE. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

I love how the instructors all put a lot of time and effort into creating their classes. I really enjoy how every class is unique and that they have a passion for the practice.
I want to acknowledge Jenn L, Sam A and Jo as I attend their classes on a regular basis, not only do they put their individual personalities into each class, they also made an effort to learn my name. It seems like a small thing but it’s hard when you are one person instructing many different people throughout the day and the effort is noticed and appreciated.
I lived every class I’ve been to. The instructors are so amazing, intellectual and really challenge you but also make sure you know it’s okay to take breaks. The buildings and locker rooms are extremely clean, and I love that commodities provided. The whole vibe and community is amazing. I love Corepower!!

Love this studio! Especially studio one which is at street level and has HUGE wonderful floor to ceiling windows. My Del Mar studio has few windows - depending on which studio you are in.
