Student Testimonials
Amazing instructor - MJ Y - can't believe it was her first time teaching!
I love Nancy, The morning instructor. She is very kind, creative and one of the best instructors I’ve had.
Staff is friendly and classes and times are great!
More C3 classes please! This class was great for a few reasons: having an experienced teacher and not a new teacher teaching at a prime time slot. Mikes class is actually HOT - so many classes have not been warm or hot lately and it’s made me strongly consider cancelling my membership. I haven’t even broken a sweat at many classes lately, so it was refreshing to have that.
instructors and facility
Julie led us on an awesome flow with great energy. I like that LoHi has 3 studios and there is adequate time before class to get a good warm up.
Everybody at this studio is ALWAYS super friendly, warm and welcoming. I always feel like I am part of a group and I NEVER feel shamed or embarrassed.
Good 6 am sculpt classes. Good instructors
Part of my membership wanted to try a different studio. Was in town for a few days. Very friendly and nice studio. Highly recommend this location.
Class was fantastic, studio was clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Love the studio and had a wonderful class
There is ample parking and the site is spacious with plenty of room. The classes have been great and having 3 rooms helps with offering more classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. But I wish it wasn't ALWAYS so hot in the rooms.
I love it… the vibes, the teachers and so many options that work for my schedule- just my favorite yoga studio
the teachers and admin staff are wonderful!
This is one of my favorite hot yoga studios I have been to in Denver! The studio is spacious, has natural light, and is always clean. The staff and instructors are extremely welcoming, kind, and supportive.
Highly adept, caring staff. Clean modern and spacious Yoga rooms and enthusiastic, committed diverse practitioners make for a great experience.
Great teachers, great (hot!) studio.
Great instructors, comfortable studios, lovely community
Atmosphere and good offerings of different classes.
However I have noticed at several different studios the condition/ cleanliness of the locker rooms has been lacking.
It would seem that a monthly or bi monthly intense scrubbing of the showers, inside and outside along with the tile would be a great improvement. The tile in the Cherry Hills men's showers is showing pretty bad staining, grout and caulk joints are sort of grimy and the bench to use for changing had loose screws and was very wobbly.
The Park Meadows location last week looked like no one had really cleaned it in a while with dried residue under the mats in front of the showers, soap dispensers in one shower were opened to get the last of the soap out because they were not previously filled up, and the trash bin was almost spilling over. This was noticed before a morning 8:00 class so it wasn't after a long day of use.
Don't mean to be obsessive or picky, but it does detract from an otherwise great and much needed practice.
Also a while back you had posted notices on the doors about keeping the studio quiet, and to observe silence while in the room.
I have gently reminded a few people about this before class and it was well received, but it seems like this practice of silence is slowly eroding away. Whispers and quiet talking is not silence and is distracting from having a full and complete practice.
If notices were put back on the doors and reminders of this policy from the instructors if they notice this when entering the room would help to develope this practice.
I quietly mentioned this policy to two young ladies before one class and the one person said " Are you serious?" of which I replied "Yes."
Please let me know if this policy has changed, and if I need to be corrected I humbly accept that! 😃
I guess if I can tune that out it may make for a stronger focus!

P.s.
I formerly had worked out trades with Core Power managers to do some maintenance and painting in several studios in exchange for my membership. I understand some of that changed when the corporate buyout occurred several years back but I would be open to discussing helping correct some of these things in exchange for class participation.
Thank you!
for $140 a month, corepower should supply its members with more perks. A chilled towel at the end of class…. free water or bubbly water: the basics
Each C2 class I’ve taken has the same level of intensity. That makes it simple to decide which classes to take.
RiNo is an incredible studio with exceptionally kind and inviting teachers!
Great instructors, good class times and easy check in process
The teacher! Rachel and Lisa especially do a great job but really all your teachers are amazing. The classes are well thought out, challenging and make me feel great!
