Sydney puts on one of the best Sculpt classes I've taken - and I've been to a ton of them. Really like how she incorporates dynamic movements that promote muscle stability and not just pretty muscles.

Love the two studios (small and large) with hardwood floors. Great heat and humidity capabilities. Awesome instructors. Sweet location for shopping and dining before/after a good sweat :)
My favorite studio. It's clean and the instructors are always great!
I really like the studio and teachers, but I don't know why you insist on packing so many people in such a small room, referring to Studio 3. You allow too many in and that room gets very hot regardless, no need to over pack it with people.

I love Rino because (unlike cherry creek and others) the studio is quiet, people don’t bring in their phones, the lights are kept dim, there is a mix of ages and body types with the students, it’s never over crowded and the teachers are excellent. My favorite teacher times all the sculpt movements to the beat of the music—something I wish more teachers did.
We were in town visiting and took advantage of the free week promotion. We had different teachers (Robyn, Dan & Emilee) each visit and loved them all. I wish CorePower would open a location in Louisville Ky.
