I moved to the central location after the lodo location closed. I was nervous for my dog at first but she was immediately welcomed by the staff. I can’t say enough good things about this location. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to text me updates and pictures. If I have to cancel a day care booking bc of a vet visit they check up to make sure my dog is doing ok. I trust them with my dog 1000% and I recommend them to everyone!! My dog cries in excitement when we turn into the parking lot and is exhausted when we get home. I’m grateful to have a daycare that I trust and that my dog loves

All the employees we have had contact with have been phenomenal and gone above and beyond to help make it easier on me with moving around boarding dates last second or answering questions that I have. Both my pups are huge and very full of energy but when they come home from their stay they crash out and are exhausted! I love that they have the option to bathe them prior to pick up! I have had multiple injuries such as a broken hand and a shoulder surgery preventing me from being able to do the general care for them most of this year, so this service made it so much easier on me and them! Thank you for caring for my babies so well!
They explain procedure thoroughly and answer questions patiently. I appreciate how they slowly introduce dogs to a new participant. They keep a close eye on what all their charges are doing. I feel like the employees genuinely like dogs and their job. I feel reassured that I am leaving my beloved pets in capable hands. That is HUGE. Thank you!!! ❤️

Camp Bow Wow in Boulder is absolutely my dog's favorite day care play group. She started as a puppy and coming up to her 4th birthday she still loves it. The employees are friendly and engaged. She comes home tired and happy. I can't recommend this location enough.

I like all the services offered by Camp Bow Bow! One plus is that the environment is clean, safe, and pet-friendly, This was my puppy's first visit and we both shared separation anxiety. Thank goodness the staff was very patient and professional with us as I was on a learning curve on how to part ways with my puppy. The counselor provided instructions on where to escort my puppy to the doorway entry that led into the facility. She assured me that he would be able to play with other dogs that were around his size. He weighs about 17 lbs. This was another plus It is great to know that the smaller dogs are separated by their size to keep them from feeling overwhelmed when in contact with larger dogs. She gently instructed me on how to view the cameras to check on my puppy and how to quietly leave so that it would be much easier for us to part ways. All went well and he is now enlisted as a camper. I am excited for him to continue to have more playtime with other dogs, and enjoy that overall great experience as a Camp Bow Bow camper. Thank you for the services that you provide for our furry friends with day camp, boarding, and more!...

Everyone was wonderful and due to my personal circumstances my guy was boarding for a number of weeks. After 5 or so days they noticed an issue with his eyes and immediately made me aware so I was able to take him to emergency care to get treated. I will be also using Camp Bow Wow for day care and would not hesitate to board my guy there again.
