The people at the front desk are always very friendly, and our dogs seem to enjoy their time there. Also when we call to make reservations, the phone is always answered.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Oliver loves the place and that tells it all. If he hesitated for one second, I would be out of there. He is a very sensitive dog, he loves everybody, so if he showed the slightest hesitation to go in or to go towards an individual, I would know immediately that something really bad had happened. If I had been informed about an incident, of course that would be different. And, I think I would be told.
