I asked that minimum effort be expended on one of my bathtubs (it is never used and is just "dusty"). Every other agency I've used has basically ignored my request, but not the team that cleaned my house on Saturday. Because these ladies listened to my request, they were able to clean my house within the minimum 2 hour timeframe which I really appreciate. As to a product they used, the cinnamon scent was great!
