My Merry Maids team is excellent. Connie and Letitia have an eye for what needs to be done and what needs extra attention. In addition, although this is not an easy job, they are always positive and pleasant and lovely people to know and have working in our home. In fact, the quality and training of Merry Maids' employees is so very good that I've only asked to have one team replaced in over ten years with the company. When that happened, I simply spoke with Merry Maids and they found me a wonderful new team. I like that Merry Maids pays at least minimum wages with Workers Comp and treats their employees well with a path for advancement. If someone is sick, they find a replacement even if they have very little advance warning. I get a reminder call a couple of days before they come and they are absolutely reliable. It is more expensive than other options such as hiring someone myself, but my husband and i feel it is well worth the extra expense.
