Fortunately, you've been able to accomodate my request to have your staff clean my house on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday morning. This is the best time for us because our dog is out of hte house at that time. Danielle does a very good job cleaning our home and I like that the house does not smell like chemicals. It just smells clean.
This weekend team 12 worked for me, they we're outstanding. I noticed them cleaning the kitchen cabinets, they worked on the blinds as I requested and when a part came loose in the shower I was told immediately with an explanation and an appologies.
This team worked quick and quiet, we are always present on cleaning days. I hope all 3 will be back due to their efficiency and attention to detail.

The answer is EVERYTHING! The gals showed up on time looking and acting very professional as well as pleasant. They worked perfectly together — had divided the labor, worked very hard the entire time and barely needed to speak to each other. Our house hasn’t looked this good in forever. Because of this great experience, I have contracted for regular service. If there’s one downside, I would say it’s the price. It’s a little high; but then you get what you pay for.

I recommended Merry Maids to a friend just this week. We appreciate that Merry Maids pays their employees at or above minimum wage and provides them with Workers Comp and allows for vacations. Merry Maids also meets our needs well. The quality of their employees and work has been excellent. In all the years we have used Merry Maids, we have only had to ask to have one team replaced. When that happened, I did not have to deal with it. I simply called the office, explained the problem and made the request. Our Escondido Merry Maids has been consistently efficient and very helpful. We could not be more pleased.
