Every time we have eaten at East Coast Wings (in Kingsport or other location in Johnson City) the food and service have always been top notch. With so many competitors in the "Wings" restaurant business, it is the service and quality of food that keeps us returning again and again to East Coast Wings. The wing flavors are delicious, the selection of entrees are plentiful, the price is reasonable and competitive, the serving portions are perfectly sized according to appetite, the servers and management always make you feel welcome, the "Rewards" card is a nice benefit considering we only have to eat 2-3 times to get the $5 discount and the dining room/bar are always clean. Keep up the good work East Coast Wings!

The food is top notch (especially the shrimp tacos and fries with beer cheese!). Everything I've ever tried is very good. Like the atmosphere, too. Laid back, and they don't rush you if you are having a conversation.

The main bar tender Randy and GM Shane make this such enjoyable place that I dont even consider going anywhere else. With the thousands of people they deal with, they can remember your usual order and never let your drink reach empty.
