Your food is awesome but a few things need to be tweaked to bring my rate my experience a 10. The carpet in the entrance way was worn and dirt and had a slight odor. The music was way too loud and annoying. Not everyone can be please by the choice of music but it is not conducive to having a pleasant leisurely dining experience. The floor under my table was dirty as well as the window ledge. The flatware did not look clean at all.
The service was great. The server Lana, was polite and did everything to accommodate me, but overall I was disappointed on the lack of cleanliness. .

We came in late, which we hate to do, but couldn't make it in earlier. The girl that greeted us was less than enthusiatic and told us "we close in 10 minutes". However all that negativity changed when Randy started taking care of us. He was welcoming and wonderful. He told us not to rush eating and to take our time and enjoy.our meal. What a true asset to your business. We did enjoy our meal and appreciated that someone seemed to appreciate our business. Hated to keep anyone late but appreciated a delicious meal and warm welcoming serrvice..Thanks Randy!

But my first complaint ever. Bring BACK the old beer cheese. That new stuff is like dipping chips in warm thick, repeat thick, goop.
Friendliness of the employees from the hostess to the server and or bartender. Everyone is very efficient and knowledgeable of the menu. I always enjoy the food and the service!!!
