Reasonable prices (well, a pitcher of beer is a little high), fantastic food, amount of food you receive is way past amle, Awards Program, cleanliness of restaurant and restroom, service and great attitude of management and staff. Have been to four ECW's with some degree of disappointment in three of them but the Kingsport store has ALWAYS been suburb. Great manager makes this so (am an old restaurant manager myself and know from whence I speak)
Josh the bartender is awesome. We are regulars and he always takes care of us.
ECW needs more beer\liquor sales. The only sale I know is $2 rolling rock. Have a beer tube special. Say domestic for $18 or so.

Just was nice after working an over 60-hour week to sit in the bar with my hubby and chill for a while. Love that you had HiWire Brew. The flatbread was fantastic with the bourbon honey mustard sauce too,
The staff is great what ever you ask for they try their best to help bartenders are on top of things and the manager is ok he needs help on greeting people (no Shane is on top of things also) the wait staff are very good also so I would recommend this ECW to my friends and family (Kingsport location) thank you ECW management and Staffmembers don't leave out your two great bartenders 🤑👍 and this is to Shane 🖕 Got you
