As always when my friends and I go to this particular ECW, we have a great timme, eat wonderful meals (and usually take some of it home with us because the amount of food we receive is always very abundant). The restaurant is always clean, the staff is always outstanding, the food is delicious and the food prices are very reasonable ($12.50 for a pitcher of beer seems a little too much though). Unfortunately, my experience at a couple other ECWs have not been great but the Kingsport unit has never failed to delight me. Forgot the manager's name (I will soon be 84 and memories get a little hazy about that time) but he has been there a pretty long time and we are sure glad for that because he does an outstanding job (am speaking from experience as I managed several McDonalds and even more Wendy's as well as a motel full-service restaurant and a couple delis so I know a little about how difficult managing food establishments can be)
