You did not disappoint me. It’s just very unlikely that I will be talking with someone who I know that owns a camper around here. However if everyone around me owned a camper like they do a car I would recommend your services. The service manager seems to be very on the ball she seems to understand her job well. I am under the impression you don’t have a large garage staff
We found all of the staff there to be delightful to work with. Informative and patient with my many questions. they worked to make this sale go smoothly and to address all isssues with the travel trailer during our walkthrough.
This specific experience was a 10. The experience I had in the fall is why I’m giving a 7.

I have only experienced parts and service and they are top notch. I recently moved here from CA and was hoping to find a trustworthy repair facility and I did. Always extremely helpful and timely for the busy rv’er. Sounds like a ad, but takes the stress away. Thanks guys for getting my Ram and Alpha put together. And the hamburger.
I would definitely buy a new rig from you down the road.

I spoke with general manager Justin. Also spoke with regional manager about many problems with service. Rv was there for 3 weeks and 2 major issues brought in were never fixed.
Very convenient to have you set up and deliver trailer to a site.

Our experience at Alpin Haus from start to finish was exceptional, from sales with Asa to financing with Keith. The service department was excellent in their preparation and walk-through. We are first-time RVers and we enjoyed a stress-free experience. Our decision to patronize Alpin Haus and purchase a Grand Design was based on several months of research and shopping. We felt that both the dealership and the trailer (XLS22MLE) would be excellent choices for us. We will definitely share our outcome with friends and family going forward!
The customer service is above and beyond.
They are just as service oriented as sales oriented. As opposed to other RV dealers who only care about RV sales and have terrible service later.
