~Please remember all equipment is meant to be shared with other gym members at all times!
~Please do not text message while using our equipment or machines, and remember to share when other members ask to “WORK IN” with you
Lining up multiple sets of barbells or dumbbells' in your workout area…and not sharing with other members is unacceptable….and may result in loss of membership

Love the sauna--for a gym, it is nice and hot! Equipment is great as are the classes!

Your staff is always friendly and smiling when I come in. I’m always seeing somebody cleaning the place. The pool water is clear.

Very nice club. Music volume is low. The W. Bloomfield music is too loud and obnoxious.

I am trying to rehab my back and knee. The hot tub is NOT hot!! Please Other than that the lockers have to be fixed in the men' s locker room.
