Clean! well managed all around. Plus, the Jacuzzi is the best! along side a well managed pool that's always clean and especially! at a perfect temperature vs ice cold like many at other other clubs.
It's easy to be there. Everyone stays to themselves, works out, leaves. It's not a social hour. You can focus on your workout, not the people around you.
Clean and always open. Nobody bothers you when you work out, but staff available if you need them. Trainers available upon request. All the equipment you could possibly want.

Everything is very clean and taken care of. Lots of high quality equipment. Locker rooms are kept clean and have good amenities.
I like that there is a special section for women which makes me feel more comfortable.

Thank you for keeping this place open going on a year now with no mask requirement after you walk past the lobby. This has been one of the absolute best things for me. You can really feel the camaraderie that people are not getting other places with their faces covered. And I would absolutely NEVER workout regularly in a mask. Terrible. Thanks for bucking the system and making this work for us! I can't even express my gratitude enough in words.
Not to mention that the locker rooms are always clean, the staff is super warm and friendly and I love the variety of equipment. Dumbbells in 2.5 pound increments is so perfect for a girl who is putting up some heavy weights.

I like the Women’s section, many options with weights. However, the music played is usually really awful and much too loud as I have to crank my EarPods up to drown out the music played at Powerhouse.
Love Classes. Could we have a class at 10:30 am on Fridays?

I really enjoy meeting with a dietitian, Stacey was extremely resourceful and detailed with an eating scheduling and food combination.
gym equipment is great! BIG gym! tons of machines and cardio! nice back lifting area to drop weights. love that!
**you need to fix the mens locker though. there are so many broken lockers - looks bad.
The lockers are great because they already have keys. It saves me the hassle of buying an extra lock for my personal items
