The gym is almost always 100% clean. The staff are always friendly. If equipment is broke its fixed relatively quickly. Have done many updates since I been a member.

The facilities are well kept and all the machines are either new or well maintained. It can be quite busy at the times that I am able to go but all-in-all the customers along side are respectful.

Wonderful to workout without a mask! Still feels safe with all the other protocols. Staff is always super friendly and working hard. Tons of equipment. Energetic and welcoming atmosphere. Price is definitely worth what I get.

It feels like a gym again!!!! Lifetime only cared about the bottom line and not setting their members up for success. They didn’t even care if you had a heart attack when they forced you to wear a mask WHEN WORKING OUT.
Powerhouse is the complete opposite. They actually care about their members by installing a hospital grade air filtration system which allows people to exercise safely and make mask wearing optional. Also impressed with the other COVID measures while promoting members to achieve their fitness goals safely. I guarantee Lifetime had the money to do all of this.
In addition, I’ll be signing up for the Powerhouse Plus membership which was $20 cheaper than my membership at Lifetime! I do not regret one bit leaving Lifetime and will try to convince as many people to switch. Thank you Powerhouse!!!
Love the classes? Need more classes during the days on Thursday & Friday. On Saturday

It’s a friendly environment and the locker room is nice. The overall place is clean. Music is on if you don’t have your heads phones, plenty of TVs and equipment is high caliber nautilus and the stair master, elliptical, treadmill, stationary bikes are all new and work great. The free weight environment looks well maintained. It’s is nice place

I know you guys are limited by grinchmore (governor) with spacing of equipment. Its just hard sometimes to get a piece of equipment.

I rejoined this summer because this gym is the only gym around that doesn’t require you to wear facemasks. I’ve always love the size of the gym The mix of equipment the cleanliness and the fact that you guys have the sauna and hot tub open is a massive plus for someone who works out 5 to 7 days a week

A great space and some really great people who workout there. Every employee is very nice and welcoming. Never feels too crowded and I almost never have to wait around for specific machines.
