The sports centers are always clean and well taken care of. I enjoy the variety offered by having multiple centers with different options of equipment and spaces. The cold towels and recovery chairs at Coach K are great, as are the sauna and hot tub at Bo Jackson. The NW center is my on the way to work stop with enough to cover my needs. Every location has great showers and the provided towels assist in less to carry in and out, that service is much appreciated.
I come to the Water Aerobics there every week. I love the instructor on Tuesdays & Thursday’s. She is engaging, fun and provides a good workout.
The facility is always very clean. There is so much to do there. I have brought my friends and they have been very impressed.

Classes
The group fitness instructors are very good. They know what they are doing and they are always prepared for class. They are friendly and always will to answer any questions that clients may have.
I wish that the Sandia gym would offer pump classes around 4:30!!!
Very clean environment, plenty of machines so there is not weighting long.

The welcoming design layout the facility: greeting area, availability of personal care products, the presentation of quality sports clothing, excellent food and coffee, the cleanliness of all the equipment and workout areas and the caring maintenance staff. I also like availability of group and personal trainers and PT and the Recovery Center.

Friendly staff and well kept and clean men's dressing room. I've met some good friends also. I have been going for about 15 yrs. I miss the coffee you used to have but I understand. Some mbrs are pigs I'm always picking up paper towels fr the floor. It would be a monumental job to have coffee and please all.
The facilities are superb and the environment is motivating.
