The hours and the pool.
The trainers are very friendly and personable (I do mostly Studio Cycling) and the (cycling) classes are challenging. I also think Defined has convenient locations. What really gets me going to Defined and keeps me going is that they accept Silver Sneakers memberships. All if these make it a place that I would definitely recommend to my friends who also have Silver Sneakers.
It’s clean, has variety of classes and class times. The locker Tom is awesome with sauna, hot tub etc towels, showers etc. It’s all delux.
It's a good place to workout. There's plenty of equipment. They offer classes and personal training like other places, but what I like most is they don't bother you or bombard you with marketing materials. I get emails from them but they're usually very helpful and succinct. The staff is always polite and and readily available to help.
Friendly people and some really good teachers for classes
I really love the classes and the friendly nature of everyone who is there.
I love my neighbors in their 80’s go to yoga classes and are being social cause of the great teachers and welcoming and inclusive attitudes.

The pool, therapy pool, classes, whirlpool, showers and locker room, towels, exercise machines and free wts. And the lounge area!

What I really like is the Silver Sneakers class with Kerrie. At first I thought it might be too easy but realistically its perfect! I like the way she always makes sure everyone in class is doing the stretches correctly while allowing us to participate at our own ability level. I like that she changes things up and explains what muscle groups we're focusing on. For me, team exercise works better than a singular experience and I feel that I'm more inclined to work harder and better with Kerrie, thank you.
I enjoy the community. Franco's offers an opportunity to take part in many different activities, enjoying friendships. I especially like the chance to participate at my interest and physical ability. No one need feel that they do not "belong". All are welcome to be who they are and how they wish to participate.
The greet staff is the best of all the Defined clubs. I hope the new Defined will have all the same amenities including the steam room and sauna.
