What do you like about our products and services?

Love the cardio equipment that you offer as well as the access to a pool. Being able to end my workout with a nice hydro-massage helps me to leave with my body feeling relaxed!

What do you like about your Defined Fitness experience?

Nobody bothered me when I was focused on working out. It’s nice to go to other gyms (than the one I usually go to) just to change it up and have new views and being around people I don’t see often.
Great variety at the gym! Great classes! Excellent hours!

I wonder if there is any correlation with the hilarity of the comment to the timing of the notification that you've read it. I will now conduct an experiment by only being 1 out of 10 funny and seeing how long it takes for you to tell me that I'm not as funny as I think I am.

What do you like about your Defined Fitness experience?

I referrer friends ,family & co-workers all the time. But with each person referred I always don't get any credit for them. The staff in Farmington NM location always have excuse or say I wasn't mentioned at all during sign ups when in fact Im usually there with the person signing up at the time. The facility its self is great, always think of it as my 2nd home. I have a lot of friends and family that go to the gym. The evening/night staff is great. They keep the grounds very clean and in great condition.

What do you like about our products and services?

Great gym and excellent childcare. My older son attends the CDC so it is convenient to go to the gym and take my younger son to the Park.

What did you like about your experience?

The Nike Sports Centers are incredibly accommodating and clean. There is a wide range of activates and classes to explore, and many options for recovery methods (HyperIce, NormaTek boots, hot tub, steam room, sauna, you name it). Highly recommend the spin classes and trying something new in the workout room!

What do you like about your Defined Fitness experience?

The staff at the front desk ( 2 young ladies) were very friendly and focused on helping me ( and others). They were patient, helpful, and very good “first face you see” representatives for Defined.
The gym was extremely clean everywhere from the gym floor to the bathrooms to the pool. Which is even more important than ever right now.
I’ve been away from Defined for a few years and coming back now I can see the positive changes they’ve made- lots of new, modern equipment like a Concept ski erg and giant tires and battle ropes. Very modern and up to date equipment.
