My husband and I really enjoy the gym but we stopped using the classes especially the cycling 🚴♀️ because the air conditioner is so high and on top you have fans like 6 fans blowing cold air. That is terrible fir your health. We very much dislike the classes for that reason. Now we only use the gym.

Coach K is the most "gym-like" of the fitness centers in terms of equipment and layout. The equipment itself is excellent. The locker rooms are convenient, and the design of the building is great.

Absolutely everything! It is a fitness one-stop-shop with courteous staff, clean facilities and to notch programs.
The Gym (former Lance) is well set up with equipment, has plenty of spin bikes (could use more Peletons) and is very well kept up.
Love the Sports Center. I wish we had more recumbent bikes like we used to, though.
It's a top notch facility. So clean, lots of activities. Because of some physical limitations, my Doctor has me do specific exercises in the pool. I can't use the equipment. I encouraged my nephew to join. After his first trip there, called me raving about what a great facility.

I particularly enjoy the family like atmosphere at the Chesterfield J. Love seeing the little pre-schoolers marching through the lobby. The indoor pool is one of the best in the city.
They have a very friendly staff and great class choices.
