Right now? Safety! I just came back to the gym for the first time this week and I was thrilled at the effort y’all were obviously putting into keeping everyone safe. I texted girlfriends afterward who I knew were interested in getting back to their workouts but were dissatisfied with the precautions being taken by their facilities.

The club has very qualified instructors and a diversity of courses
The indoor track is phenomenal. Few gyms have an indoor track or a swimming pool. These are my favorite things about the gym.

Some of the staff are very nice nice clean place to workout, l will glad when the swim groups open back up. This is my second year at the gym and l have prefer 2 of my friends and they love it

The Jewish atmosphere and that I see other people I know there. Staff is very friendly and caring. Carley is excellent as a trainer! She helped me w/ my one hour free session (and my daughter who is now using her) but was always willing to stop and give me help or answer questions, even though I know she didn't have to do that!
Reception staff, including, but not limited to: Stacy & Sean and many others of whom I'm not sure of their names are very welcoming and pleasant and friendly.
Also really appreciate Joanne Martin in Patient Accounts who was very helpful in some difficult financial times we had. So much appreciated!

I have been a member of Franco's since 1998 when first moving to Mandeville. To me it is like a large family. It is so nice to able to see folks you know from around town when you are at Franco's. From everyone who is there, people at front desk, and everyone elsewhere, it is such a nice place to go and do one's thing. Franco's also has such a great tennis program and swim program. A place to have a good time!
I think they are doing a great job during the pandemic.
The out door pool is clean, well monitored and the staff is always pleasant.
The front desk us customer friendly and very helpful to clients that are not on line users.
The staff is always excellent. Their Covid precautions seem very thorough.
