I took my two grandsons swimming yesterday in the outside pool. This was the first time I had been to the J since Covid hit. I felt that everything was done properly to protect us from the virus. We thoroughly enjoyed our swim. I expect to take them again and believe it will be safe to do so.

I really appreciate the dedication of the Franco's staff. They have been teaching by video and in socially distant classes. Kudos to management, front desk, the maintenance crew, trainers and class teachers.

Love the pool outside and inside and hot tub. Also think it has been a wonderful system to reserve a chair or a lane during this virus. There have been lots of problems getting a chair or time but I think it’s understandable with the system. However I would suggest after 30 min if no one shows up for their time you put the chairs back in system.
Friendly staff, quality equipment, lots of amenities
Options - pool, track, cardio equipment, etc. - that are well maintained and clean. The club is very good at communicating about changes, issues, etc.

I LOVE everything!! Staff, cleanliness, a pool actually built with the true swimmer in mind 😁🍀🎉. I’ve already told my Chiropractor about the J and he’s going to sign up after the pool reopens 🎉🎉. I’m so delighted I found you all!!

I especially like the reservation system to get swimming pool lanes ion the morning. Please don't change that.

Friendly people who have worked hard to make me feel safe during Covid. I’m so glad the J has been open and I could make an online appointment to come and use the pool and gym facilities. I have felt welcomed and safe this entire summer... so good for my soul during this crazy time.
