I had a dog urine stain right in the middle of my living room carpet. The Zerorez guys did a great job on my carpet but they didn’t get the stain out. I called them back, they came back and got it outI am so thrilled!!! Also, Eric and Hayden were very thoughtful, courteous and helpful, as well as entertaining :).

The tile cleaning product has a pleasant orange smell and does a fantastic job of making the tile and grout look 100% better. Never have had the tile cleaned before and was extremely pleased with the finished cleaning.

I had my air duct and tile cleaned and I was very pleased with both services and professionalism of your staff.

Zerorez Oklahoma City are a friendly bunch. I called them a few times and they treated me with respect. They were not pushy, they heard my need for services and offered their prices. They were able to book me the same week I called. Logan, called before he arrived. He was behind schedule and gave me an appropriate time. I thought that was professional of him. When he arrived he told me the condition of the work and what my expectations might be and realistically what the outcome would be. That’s genuine. When he left a couple of days later I asked for a re-service for a treated area. Zerorez didn’t give me a hard time about it. I was re-booked the following week. When another gentleman arrived he explained and showed me pictures of what it had looked like before and after. He said he was willing to re-do but it might not be effective. He convinced me. I really appreciate their honesty and will use them again.

Eric was very friendly and knew the product. Was about an hour and a half late but kept me informed. Very efficient in cleaning. Carpet looks and feels great.
