The carpets look very good, the tech was on time, courteous and friendly. We asked what the cost would be to clean a 4ft diameter area rug and a 1ftx3ft carpet strip that is used under our dog’s food dish. We were very surprised that those 2 small pieces would be $60. We said no
The service tech was fantastic! He thoroughly explained everything prior to starting the carpet cleaning. I was not able to be at the house when he left, but he made sure to lock the doors and close the garage. He even let the dog out to potty before he left! 10/10 will recommend you guys!
We have a lot of cats and the house smelled like it. After the cleaning, you couldn't tell! Will have them out again.
Technician was thorough and knowledgeable regarding different carpet fibers, stain treatments and valued my timeline. He was efficient and conscientious making sure that most easily removed items were cleared out of the rooms being cleaned. He was informative and quick to get the job done.
