The man that came and did the floors was great! Very nice, fast and did a great job! They were 2 hours late and the person to call and tell me they were going to be late argued with me about the time I signed up for. Other than that they did great!

You were able to remove some stains that I thought were hopeless.
Service provider arrived between the time they said they would and they called 30 minutes prior to arriving just as promised. Service provider was very knowledgeable and made recommendations for the current service as well as future service. I work in an office full of men and they rarely notice anything that has to do with "cleaning". Several of the men made comments on how "bright" the carpet looked and that the office smelled clean. : ) I would highly recommend Zerorez to any one - Commercial or residential!!!
The customer service. Ashley helped set up our appt and Sheldon did a wonderful job. Sheldon was prompt and courteous. He informed us of are options to get the Oklahoma red mud out of our off white carpet. He did a great job, and the red mud is 100% gone!

The tile cleaning process was very thorough and left an immediate visible difference in the cleanliness of the floor. The carpet cleaning is effective and didn’t leave any fumes or restrictions following the treatment. Having a toddler this was very important to us.
