Product for steam cleaning worked on most spots. Some were too old. Sheldon was very service oriented and explained it all to us. I'd give him a 10!

Only issue we had was there was no help with furniture moving to clean underneath. We are not able to move heavy furniture so we had to find help to do so.

Sheldon was very helpful, and explained the process and what we needed to do after he finished. I put towels down at his suggestion, so no one would slip coming off the damp surface. I really like the fact that your procedure is very quick drying, probably could have moved things back after 4 hours, but we waited for 6 hours. It was quite dry by then:)!❤️

Updating my review - Dave was technician for carpet cleaning - - thorough and professional. My carpets are perfect and cleaned very well. He was respectful of my home and my crazy dogs.
