I love the remodeling of the theater...the seats are so comfortable! I also like that you can simply buy your tickets and refreshments all at once with only 1 transaction.

i LOVE the Galaxy theater. I go to the movies at least a week. However, the new food ordering system is not my favorite... three times, my food has been waiting and I never received a text. i happened to go check and its sitting in the box. also, i had that i have to leave out of the movie to pick up my food....... but i still love the theater

Nice recliners. Liked that it’s self service. Only thing I didn’t like was that the soda machines and the popcorn area was very dirty. There was coke spilled everywhere and trash everywhere. The trash cans were full and just needed a good cleaning. I know people can be bad at serving themselves and should do a better job at cleaning after themselves but let’s face the facts that people aren’t gonna do that because why because the movies have employees who should so that. I don’t agree with people thinking that but as a manager or employee of Santikos they should pay more attention to that area especially since it’s self service.
Love the seats and how clean it is. Everyone is pleasant.
Clean and renovated
The newly refurbished theater sparkles. It is cozy and welcoming.
I miss and want wait staff. I do not want to order food and then get called on cell phone to come and get it. I tip well. With no wait staff, I do not order anything. Please reconsider hiring wait staff. I am sure the tips help them out.

It’s convenient to my home. The staff is very friendly. The movie theater is brand new. I enjoy getting my own popcorn and my own drink refills. And it’s clean.
The renovations are very nice. I wish the food menu was a little more diverse. At least add Truffle Fries like at Embassy Oaks. Thank you.
