To Whom This May Concern,
I found an inconvenience trying to purchase tickets for a wheelchair guest and companion(s).
I am in a wheelchair. Yesterday, I took my son and his friend to the movies to see Dr. DoLittle. I used the digital box office marquee to make my purchase. I required 1 wheelchair space and 2 companion seats together. As I tried to purchase my selected seats, the program would not allow me to purchase the extra companion seat without purchasing an additional wheelchair space. I contacted the manager to assist me. I explained the problem and showed him the result. He allowed me to purchase three sits in a normal row, but to sit in the handicapped sections with my boys.
Here is the situation- Seats 1-6 in handicapped. Seat 1,4,& 5 are wheelchair spaces. Seats 2,3, & 6 are actual seats for companions. I wanted to purchase seats 2,3, & 4 for my family to sit together. The digital box office program would only allow me to purchase either seats 3&4, or 1&2, or 5&6. This is not fair for a family of four with one parent in a wheelchair to have to sit separately with children. Please fix this.

I really loved this new theater. It was very clean and had great food selections. My son loved the huge video games and we will definitely be back
I was able to use my free admission ticket and went during the Super Bowl so it wasnβt crowded or loud with talkative people. I appreciate the small popcorn but I wish the butter flavor didnβt saturate the thin box.
Proximity value, renovations
The remodel of the theater is amazing! I love the recliner seats with the trays, truly the best way to watch a movie! The only thing that brings down the score from 10 to 9 is having to buy tickets (if you don't buy online or the kiosk, ie you want to pay with cash) at the concession stand. It really can slow down the line. But other than that, well done!
I'm really enjoying the crystal clear projection, the fantastic sound, and the new recliner seating at the Galaxy. Together, the three make for a sweet movie-going experience.

The comfortable reclining seats & table to eat.
The theatre redesign is great, the food is good, and the staff is amazing. I just miss in-theatre service and the great waitstaff.

The new seats are very nice. But I have been a loyal customer for over two decades and bought one of your beer mugs years ago when you first started selling them. The selling point at that time was that you would pay the same price indefinitely if you bought the mug. In fact this has not been the case. I went to Santikos twice this week.... at the Galaxy I was charged $ 14.50 for my mug of beer (over 30% higher than when I purchased the mug). A couple of days later I went to the Embassy and paid $ 11.50 for that mug of beer.... still more than when I bought the mug with the understanding that I would be charged the same price going forward as long as I used the mug. Not good practice people. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Please address this issue going forward and charge a price that is at least close to what you originally promised when you were selling the mugs..... and please be consistent from theater to theater. Second Issue.... This month was my birthday month. As a loyalty member I was informed I had a free movie..... but could not figure out how to use that credit when buying my tickets online. I inquired with management this week at the movie theater and was told I had to buy the ticket in person at the theater. I let him know my understanding of what he was telling me was that, to get the good seating I prefer, I would have to come to the theater twice (once early to get a good seat) and then later to see the movie. He told me that my understanding was accurate. Again, bad practice and a bad taste in my mouth.... and not really a birthday gift I can use. Don't see why one can't present his telephone number and his drivers license and be handed a movie pass for future use. Please share these things I am not liking about my Santikos experience. Otherwise I do love the entertainment you provide. A little tweaking would be real nice and remove that negatives I experience when I go to your theaters. Thanks.

The upgrades and the convenient location. Walls are pretty bland. Need to add some movie posters.
