From the ease of obtaining tickets online, to the friendly & helpful staff at counters, self serve popcorn and soda machines, spacious theaters, comfortable reclining chairs. Love going to the movies during covid. Sanitation is impeccable and social distancing enforced. Sanitizers and gloves available.
For the last few weeks I have the opportunity to go to the new modeled The Galaxy theatre. When I visited on Saturday 11/21/2020, the General Manager Mario Guerra treated above and beyond my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. I have found my new favorite theatre. I live by and frequent the Casa Blanca theatre. My all-time favorite has always been the Northwest theatre. Because of the small quaint size. However, even though it is a little out of my way, I will be going to the Galaxy theatre due to the outstanding customer service. I am so thankful!
