Customer service was exceptionally well during my visit to the Santikos Galaxy theatre. I definitely will be returning as it is now my favorite theatre.
Absolutely phenomenal. I felt very safe and it was a very clean environment. This was our first time in while it that my kids and I have been to the movie theater. The general manager assisted with taking our food order, was very patient with my indecisive children when ordering food, and was kind enough to bring me food to our seating area in the theater. The general manager went above and beyond to do something he didn’t have to. He dropped off our food and said, “I brought this food to you so you wouldn’t leave your children alone in the theater when picking up the food.” When you work in medicine you always take care of others before yourself. It was nice for one second for someone to return that gesture. I love Galaxy and have always enjoyed this location, they have better service than the Cibolo location or any other theater. Thank you for what you all do.
this was our first time at the Santikos galaxy theater and it was AMAZING. The renovations are fantastic and I love the space theme. Customer service was awesome! We went at 230 on a Friday so it was slow. Regardless, the snack bar worker made us fresh popcorn. When he gave us our cups and bucket, he included salt and three sharing trays for the kids- something we usually have to request at Casa Blanca (our normal go to). We also ordered pizza and he delivered it to our seats! He even asked if we needed napkins and was willing to go back and get them. Fantastic experience! My new “go to” theater

Management and crew are always fantastic that is why we drive out of our way to this theatre! We live further away but live the family feel. The only thing missing is the ser fees you used to have. Now more than ever we need them.

I love that theater! People are friendly, it’s small, cozy, and has everything I need. The renovations took a long time, but it was worth the wait!

It was very clean. Workers are very nice and courteous.
The ticket kiosk is easy to use however the ticket dispenser is very low to the ground. It could be higher, other than that it’s easy to navigate. I also like that you can buy your tickets and snacks at the counter. I always wondered why it was separate and now it’s super convenient to get everything in one spot. I also like the seating in the theater that’s very comfortable and roomy. The number one thing I love the most is the popcorn kiosk WOW! Finally! I can serve and butter my own popcorn! That is awesome to me because other than the movie the popcorn is my biggest reason I go to the movies. Thank you for that. I’m super glad that the person/s coming up with these ideas is doing a good job. PS, The bar is a nice touch too.
