The theater was clean and the personnel very helpful and polite, just as expected at a Santikos property. The location is the reason we chose the Galaxy as it was near the restaurant we planned to go to after the movie.

Very clean, different vibe from when it was the Rialto. Like the self serve popcorn option, maybe include small cups for butter portions. Reclining seats made the movie more enjoyable, bathrooms easy to locate and within distance of theater versus some of your bigger theaters

The professionalism, courtesy, respect not to mention the friendly and helpful Santikos staff whom go above/beyond. This is the main reason i keep going back. I use to always go to Regal but this theater out does itself why go any where else. I will not go to any other theater other than Santikos Galaxy!!! The parking area is safe and well lit. All this was even before Covid hit. Keep up the excellent work!! Lu
