Good service and clean place. I like Galaxy theater as it is not as crowded and big like other theaters. Easy to get around, don't have to walk so far having bad knees. 😀

The chill environment
I enjoyed the movie that was not being shown closer to me. I go to the Bijou and prefer the Bijou but settle for the Embassy.
Other preferred movies are not shown are only shown at palladium or cibolo or further out of range.
I would like to see all movies rotated closer to the bijou or embassy theaters.
Some of the friendliest people greeted us at every level. Well done.
I'm mixed about the self-serve popcorn, too many unpopped kernels settle in the bottom where the popped corn is dispensed. But other than that, very convenient.
It was clean and not crowded
I am NEVER dissatisfied when I go to your theater, I have fun, I enjoy myself and the staff there makes me feel like there's a "family vibe" to the whole experience.

Love all the Santikos theaters
The modern and comfortable seating, easy digital ticketing, and options for fresh pizza and beverages; also the fun self service popcorn. (The road approach could be better through repairs.)
