I went in to buy gift cards and the gentleman that helped me was very courtious and even helped me put the receipts in each gift card. I have neoupathy and cant do little things like that quickly, so I appreciated the gesture.

I have been going exclusively to northwest because of the convenience of location, the theater is always clean, and the staff is always courteous. I always have no problem getting a good seat.

I like the feel of going to a movie like I did when I was a kid. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the politeness and professionalism of the employees. My kids loved the theater as well.
