The new auditoriums are amazing. Popcorn is always hot and fresh and the combo pricing are great values.

We like the affordable ticket prices at the Northwest location. Santikos staff is always courteous and helpful. During this visit, we lost our keys in between some seats, and after the show, management and staff helped us look for them. (We found them!)

Cleanliness. I’ve always enjoyed taking my family to Northwest 14 movie theater. Except on Christmas Eve when I went in to purchase tickets for my family to see Jumanji on Christmas Day. The cashier that helped us was very upset and rude by the fact that she had to work on Christmas Eve.

The remodel is great. The self serve popcorn was nice. The lower price ticket, with reclining seats, was the best part. We will definitely drive a couple of miles further to go back to NW.

My favorite place is Northwest. They have slowly moved up with the times but has always been such a great place. The workers have always been extremely nice respectful and helpful. The place is always clean. Just always a great overall experience.
