What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love my mayan palace but!!! When it comes to useing my rewards its a real pain and time consuming
Plus half of your staff don't know how to redeem the rewards the last time I use them it took me almost 15 minutes thank you. First name removed a Last name removed still a loyal customer

Service is quick and courteous. I was surprised that they now have an area to choose your seat. Prices are still reasonable.

everything so far, food, drinks, and seating. The only issue I have is that my old rewards card wasn't able to roll over to the new one.

I love the Mayan! The staff are always extremely friendly and accomodating. The Mayan is our number one theater in SA because of the staff :)
